Born in 1956 in Constantinople, Josef Zisyadis is a Swiss and Greek citizen (Patmos). He is a theologian and a Swiss national deputy from 1991 to 2011. He is currently Director of the Semaine Suisse du Goût.
Passionate about history and the fate of Patmos for 30 years, he is the founder and director of the Patoinos project, which aims to become a model for insular agroecology.
